Abstract

This paper focuses on the intelligent management information system and control issues in reverse logistics, thoroughly analyzing the current development status and challenges faced by reverse logistics. It elaborates on the architecture of the intelligent management information system and the application of key technologies. By employing logistics and supply chain management theories, such as supply chain collaboration theory and inventory control theory, the paper examines the problems existing in data processing, process coordination, and decision support within the system. Targeted solutions are proposed, including optimizing system architecture, strengthening data governance, and promoting supply chain collaboration, aiming to enhance the efficiency of reverse logistics management, reduce costs, and drive the intelligent and sustainable development of the reverse logistics industry. The study provides both theoretical and practical references for enterprises and industry development.
