Analysis of operation ability of Anhui Golden Seed Wine Co., LTD

Abstract

The baijiu market remains highly competitive, with industry profits increasingly concentrated among leading enterprises. Jinzhongzi Co., Ltd. has recorded consecutive years of negative operating profits. This study evaluates the company's operational efficiency through analysis of its current asset turnover ratio, accounts receivable turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio, fixed asset turnover ratio, and total asset turnover ratio. By comparing data from 2018 to 2024 across different companies and analyzing operational metrics against industry leaders including Moutai, Wuliangye, and Luzhou Laojiao, the research identifies operational deficiencies in Jinzhongzi's performance. The findings propose targeted optimization strategies to enhance corporate operational capabilities, offering actionable insights for business improvement.
