Guided by the Ministry of Education's employment policy on supply-demand alignment, this study addresses the pressing need for enterprises to cultivate new media operation, marketing, and interdisciplinary management talents during the digital and brand transformation of traditional industries. It also tackles the disconnect between university talent development systems and industry frontiers. By leveraging resources from both academia and industry, the research explores collaborative approaches including joint curriculum development, dual-mentor training systems, and research collaborations with technical training programs. These initiatives aim to nurture high-quality applied talents with new media promotion capabilities and adaptability to emerging industry models, thereby effectively supporting regional economic development.
