Against the backdrop of the ongoing global wave of digitalization, the automotive industry is undergoing profound transformation and facing significant challenges. In the Chinese market, driven by escalating consumer demand for digital services and the rapid advancement of intelligent and internet technologies, traditional automotive manufacturers must adapt their operational strategies to sustain competitive advantages. This study focuses on multinational automotive enterprises and their localization strategies in the Chinese market. It aims to address critical issues arising during digital transformation, including low local brand recognition, sluggish channel innovation, and suboptimal user experience.
