With the rapid development of globalization and tourism, the issue of spatial justice has gradually come to the fore, becoming an important factor restricting the sustainable development of tourism. Based on the theory of spatial justice in tourism, this paper systematically sorted out the status quo, challenges and countermeasures for the protection of residents' rights and interests in the development of rural tourism through the method of literature analysis.
