In recent years, environmental and social issues have frequently occurred on a global scale. With the introduction of China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concept has become a crucial tool for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Establishing a comprehensive ESG management system and a robust ESG information disclosure mechanism has become an inevitable trend for corporate growth. However, due to the inherent limitations of alcoholic beverage companies, they face challenges such as high wastewater discharge, significant pollution loads, elevated production costs, and difficulties in corporate management. This paper aims to analyze the financial indicators and ESG performance of Wuliangye Company, examining its development direction from the perspectives of environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and corporate governance. It explores the comprehensive impact of ESG on corporate financial metrics and proposes feasible recommendations and actionable implementation plans based on practical conditions. Finally, the conclusion suggests that enterprises should actively respond to national development policies, enhance their understanding of ESG information disclosure, improve the quality of ESG disclosures, and establish a clear ESG management system framework.
