Abstract

The Rural Revitalization Strategy is the key initiative for achieving a well-off society in China and plays a crucial role in promoting agricultural and rural economic development. In 2022, the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, emphasizing the goals of "prosperous industries, eco-friendly living environments, civilized rural culture, effective governance, and improved living standards" as essential requirements for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. "The strength of agriculture, beauty of rural areas, and prosperity of farmers" directly determine the level of the moderately prosperous society and the quality of socialist modernization. As an important region in the rural economic development of Guizhou Province, Bozhou District in Zunyi City has adopted the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the main driver of economic and social development, accelerating agricultural modernization, enhancing agricultural quality, efficiency, and competitiveness, in order to achieve overall rural revitalization.
