Abstract

This research delves into the integration of sustainable, successional, and innovative entrepreneurship within corporate governance frameworks. Through a synthesis of theoretical analysis and select case studies, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of how robust governance practices can foster environments that sustain business operations, stimulate innovation, and enable smooth leadership transitions. This paper offers strategic recommendations for entrepreneurs and governance bodies to align their efforts towards sustainable growth and societal impact. By illuminating the intersection of these entrepreneurship strategies and governance, we aim to contribute to the ongoing discourse on how businesses can leverage governance frameworks to revolutionize their entrepreneurial pursuits in the modern era.
